TDG is a purchasing cooperative in the sewer, water and drainage (waterworks) industry . We are in our 15th year of strengthening relationships and business partnerships between waterworks vendors and independent distributors.  We currently have 32 Member companies working with 66 Vendor Partners in The United States and Canada.   Please check out our map and Member company headquarter page.  We have links to our Member company websites for your convenience.

TDG began in 1996 by a group of independent distributors.  Our founding Members were Atlas Utility Supply Company, Dana Kepner Company, Inc., Everett J. Prescott, Inc., Hayes Pipe Supply, Inc., Illinois Meter, Inc. / IMCO Utility Supply,  Utility Supply Company, Inc., and WR White.  By purchasing collectively through TDG, independent distributors are able to maintain their independent identities and stand strong in this ever changing industry.  TDG is proud to be known as "The Independent Advantage" in the marketplace.
